DELIVERY OF PACKAGES

Orders received by our Web Store are delivered by DPD within Hungary., and in the case of foreign orders, PACTIC and DPD delivered by courier service couriers. Furthermore, delivery to the parcel point is carried out by FOXPOST The packages are delivered on working days between 08:00 and 17:00. It is advisable to provide an address as a delivery address where the courier can be continuously received during the time of day indicated and where the cash on delivery fee can be paid to the courier. After placing the order, the delivery company will arrange a time with the customer for the expected delivery date. The courier service will attempt to deliver twice, and the delivery costs of packages not received may be charged to the customer!

HOME DELIVERY, CASH ON DELIVERY

If you have chosen cash on delivery, the ordered product/products must be paid to the courier upon receipt of the package. The total amount to be paid includes all costs based on the order summary and confirmation letter. The invoice is included in the package. Please inspect the package in front of the courier upon delivery, and if any damage is detected on the products, ask for a report and do not accept the package. We cannot accept subsequent complaints without a report!

Only order the desired products with cash on delivery if you are able to pay the courier upon receipt of the package.

CALL REGARDING RECEIVING PACKAGES
