A Sugarbird e-kereskedelmi és kreatív csapatába keresünk videóvágó kollégát, aki magabiztosan mozog a social media világában, és képes önállóan, kreatívan megvalósítani vizuális tartalmakat a tervezéstől az utómunkáig. Olyan embert keresünk, aki érzi a trendeket, látja a képekben és videókban a sztorit, és nem ijed meg attól, ha gyors tempóban kell minőségi tartalmat gyártani.
Feladatok
- Social media felületekre tartalomgyártás (Instagram, TikTok)
- Animációk készítése
- Rövid, figyelemfelkeltő videók, videósorozatok gyártása TikTok és Instagram platformokra
- Videós tartalmak vágása, szerkesztése, effektezése és feliratozása
- Részvétel fotózásokon, és az ott készült videós tartalmak rögzítése, kampányvideó készítése
- Aktív együttműködés a kreatív csapattal (fotósok, designerek, stylistok, marketing, modellek)
Elvárások
- Videós formátumok és trendek naprakész ismerete
- Videóvágó és grafikus programok magabiztos használata (pl. Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom vagy hasonló)
- Kreativitás, vizuális érzék, divat iránti affinitás
- Social media platformok (TikTok, Instagram) mély ismerete
- Önálló munkavégzésre való képesség
- Saját videóvágó eszközpark (saját gép, szoftverek) megléte
- A videók feliratozásának szintjén az angol nyelv ismerete

We are looking for someone who sees details, feels light and atmosphere, and is able to convey a strong brand experience through images.
Tasks
- Campaign and lookbook photoshoots
- Taking product photos for webshop and marketing purposes
- Creating photographic content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- Full-scale management of photo shoots
- Post-processing of images (retouching, color correction, scaling, export to different platforms)
- Collaboration with the creative team (stylists, models, marketing)
Expectations
- High level of photographic technical knowledge (light management, composition, settings)
- Confident use of image editing programs (e.g. Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva)
- Creativity, visual sense, affinity for fashion
- Knowledge of visual trends on social media platforms
- Coordination of styling and photography, collaboration with on-site stylists and models.
- Independent, precise work
- Having your own photographic equipment (camera, lenses, lighting, software, etc.)

- Image post-processing, compositing
- Collaboration with the creative, production and webshop teams

- Liaising and managing with the external marketing agency
- Continuous coordination with the sales team and the agency on the goals, messages and performance of the campaigns

- Consistent display of brand image and communication across all online channels
What we expect:
- At least 2–3 years of experience in PPC/performance marketing
- Confident knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and analytics systems

- English language skills (oral and written)
