If you would like to return part or all of your order, Klarna will set up a new schedule for you. Simply follow the steps in the merchant's return policy and be sure to note the tracking number. Log in to your Klarna account, select "Report a return" and we will suspend the payment process. Once the merchant has processed your refund, we will send you a corrected invoice.

You will not be charged for damaged, broken or defective products. Please follow the merchant's applicable policies and the instructions in the "Report a problem" menu in your Klarna account to suspend your payment schedule until the issue is resolved. Once the merchant has registered your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

You don't have to start paying until you receive your order. Check with the merchant for shipping information, log in to your Klarna account, and select the "report an error" option to suspend your payment schedule until your order arrives.
