How to use
- Remove your makeup!
- Carefully open the sachet! The face mask is between two transparent sheets.
- Remove the first protective sheet and place the face mask on your face.
- Press gently to ensure it adheres perfectly to the skin!
- Leave the face mask on for 10-15 minutes, then remove it!
- Massage the remaining serum into your skin until fully absorbed.
Warning: In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water!

Returns & exchanges
You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be in perfect, unworn condition.
How to get started: submit a return or exchange request through our returns portal. You’ll need your order number and email address. For an exchange, select your preferred size.
Exchanges: available if the requested size is in stock when your parcel arrives at our premises.
Returns: pack the item(s), include a printed copy of the invoice, and mail the parcel to the following address: Sugarbird Kft., 1112 Budapest, Repülőtéri út 2/B. Drop-offs in person are not accepted. Return postage is paid by the customer.
Refunds: issued within 14 days of approval of your request to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, the refund will be sent to the bank account provided in your return request.
