A waist-length, sleeveless, loose-fitting top. The shoulders are elasticated all around and decorated with a wide ruffle. Elastic with the SUGARBIRD logo runs along the bottom. We sewed a label bearing the SUGARBIRD logo onto the front of the ruffle.
