A short, puff-sleeved, form-fitting dress that falls just above the knee. The neckline, hem, and cuffs are edged with a wide band. The shoulders are decorated with ruffles drawn on both sides and bows made of black ribbon. A SUGARBIRD label is sewn onto the sleeve.

The material is comfortable and stretchy, 82% polyester, 18% elastane. It is available in sizes XS-XL.
