Mid-thigh-length, loose-fitting, lined tulle skirt. It opens with a zipper in the middle of the back. It is made of two wide tulle ruffles pulled at the waist. There is a round neckline on the waistband and at the bottom of the ruffles. SUGARBIRD A tape with the inscription is running.
