A maxi-length, lined dress with shoulder straps. It is fitted at the top and decorated with richly gathered ruffles at the bottom. The shoulder is decorated with a patterned bow, and an embroidered seal is sewn to the waist at the front. It opens with a zipper in the middle of the back.
