Short, puffy sleeve, above-the-knee length dress, lined at the top, pleated at the skirt. The back is open, the neckline is decorated with frills. It can be tied with a bow on the back and opens with a zipper on the side. We sewed a SUGARBIRD label on the middle of the back.
